Hi and Welcome!

I’ve been working in the natural therapies industry since 2000 as a nutritionist, herbalist and iridologist, born from my passion for food, movement and helping people get the most out of life.

I specialise in supporting cognitive health, weight management, digestive issues and mental health, and understand how these areas can impact a wide range of other conditions and overall wellbeing at any age.

After completing my studies at Sydney’s renowned Nature Care College, I founded my own successful practice before moving into training and educational roles with leading retail and practitioner-only brands of nutritional and therapeutic supplements. This built on my 10 years’ experience in communications, marketing and writing, allowing me to combine my love of educating with my clinical expertise.

Alongside my clinical practice in Sydney and online consultations, I also work with leading supplement companies to provide education and guidance based on the latest research in nutrition and herbal medicine.

If you’re ready to take practical, achievable steps towards better health, I’m here to guide and support you.

Testimonials

Had a really lovely experience speaking with Mhairi. She brought such warmth and attentiveness to our conversation that I immediately felt comfortable and truly listened to. Her genuine care and presence made a real difference, and I deeply appreciated how thoughtfully she engaged with me.

I have known Mhairi for over 20 years and have spoken to her about many issues regarding life changes, decisions and difficulties, and have found she offers an empathetic space for me to talk and find constructive and positive solutions.

"Counselling services can be really underrated, sometimes you don't know you need it until life takes a turn and it goes beyond what the usual circle of friends or family can understands. I had the opportunity to work closely with Mhairi through some of my most challenging life situation, and I'm glad that I did. Sessions were done in the most professional of ways, no judgement whatsoever and each time, it's just a safe space to sort out the most complex of issues."

I spoke to Mhairi about my menopause journey and how it affected my home and work life. I felt incredibly safe, understood and supported my Mhairi. I’ve learned so much about myself and how to develop healthy strategies for myself moving forward. Thank you so much Mhairi!

5-4-3-2-1 Grounding Technique

Grounding is a powerful technique to help you reconnect with the present moment, especially when feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected. By focusing on your senses, you can calm your mind and body, reduce stress, and regain a sense of control.

In this exercise, you’ll use your five senses—sight, touch, hearing, smell, and taste—to anchor yourself in the here and now.

When to Use This Technique:
- During moments of stress or anxiety.
- When experiencing intrusive thoughts.
- To create a sense of calm in a busy day.
