Hi and Welcome!
I’ve been working in the natural therapies industry since 2000 as a nutritionist, herbalist and iridologist, born from my passion for food, movement and helping people get the most out of life.
I specialise in supporting cognitive health, weight management, digestive issues and mental health, and understand how these areas can impact a wide range of other conditions and overall wellbeing at any age.
After completing my studies at Sydney’s renowned Nature Care College, I founded my own successful practice before moving into training and educational roles with leading retail and practitioner-only brands of nutritional and therapeutic supplements. This built on my 10 years’ experience in communications, marketing and writing, allowing me to combine my love of educating with my clinical expertise.
Alongside my clinical practice in Sydney and online consultations, I also work with leading supplement companies to provide education and guidance based on the latest research in nutrition and herbal medicine.
If you’re ready to take practical, achievable steps towards better health, I’m here to guide and support you.
Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS).
Testimonials
I worked with Stephanie to help me identify and work towards my health goals. My goals were around building a healthier lifestyle, addressing weight concerns and some lovely symptoms of menopause!
Steph was brilliant in the fact she listened to my needs and really spent time analysing things like my blood results and food diary. She was able to suggest a range of things to help me like simple food swaps, portion control and supplements. Steph was non judgmental and really took the time to explain all aspects of the plan. She took time to check in on progress and was very encouraging.
I achieved and maintained my health goals and I’m looking to engage with Steph again to do some more work on my health. I love her holistic approach and friendly encouragement that is s supported by a vast range of knowledge and expertise. I would highly recommend Steph and her work to help you in all aspects of health and wellbeing. I also find her online content to be really helpful as well!
Stephanie was a wonderful help to me when I was trying to loose some weight, but also assisted me in turning around my mental wellbeing. By changing my diet and eating timetable I managed to loose weight, as well as enhance my positive thinking around other day to day activities. Stephanie provided the advice in a caring and easily managed way so that I still had times that I could let my hair down, and not become engrossed in any ‘chore’ of dietary adjustment and self discipline. I would highly recommend Stephanie’s services to anyone hoping to improve their life and lifestyle through natural and easy to comprehend dietary management. Nick CI have been seeing Stephanie for advice on my nutrition and supplements for about 10 years. She has supported me through hormonal changes, weight gain, and stressful times. Recently, when my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, I once again turned to Stephanie for guidance. She is not only well-informed in this area but extremely passionate about her work and given she has been in this industry for over 20 years, I feel confident under her care and advice. Jane W.Working with Stephanie Berglin has been a genuinely transformative experience for me. Her approach is rooted in both expertise and empathy, offering realistic, easy-to-implement nutrition advice that fits into everyday life — not just an ideal version of it. She helped me make smart food swaps that supported my journey with psoriasis — all without making me feel like I had to overhaul everything at once. What really stood out was how personalised her recommendations were; they weren’t just generic tips, but tailored to my needs and health goals. Given my family history — my father has Alzheimer’s — I’ve also been interested in how nutrition can support brain health and mental resilience. Stephanie provided insightful, evidence-based guidance on how my diet could support cognitive wellbeing, especially in the context of stress, which I know can impact both mind and body. I’m really excited about her collaboration in this new programme — she brings a grounded, practical, and science-informed voice to the conversation around mental health, stress, and nutrition. I have no doubt others will benefit just as much as I have.
