I worked with Stephanie to help me identify and work towards my health goals. My goals were around building a healthier lifestyle, addressing weight concerns and some lovely symptoms of menopause!
Steph was brilliant in the fact she listened to my needs and really spent time analysing things like my blood results and food diary. She was able to suggest a range of things to help me like simple food swaps, portion control and supplements. Steph was non judgmental and really took the time to explain all aspects of the plan. She took time to check in on progress and was very encouraging.
I achieved and maintained my health goals and I’m looking to engage with Steph again to do some more work on my health. I love her holistic approach and friendly encouragement that is s supported by a vast range of knowledge and expertise. I would highly recommend Steph and her work to help you in all aspects of health and wellbeing. I also find her online content to be really helpful as well!
