Yes, sessions are confidential. Exceptions are made if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, usually after discussing with you.

All our counsellors have a minimum of a Master’s in Counselling and undergo further training. Visit our “About Us” page to learn about their qualifications.

It’s important for therapy to work, to be able to build an excellent therapeutic relationship with your counsellor. If for any reason, you are not able to do so, it’s ok. Please go ahead and request for another therapist within our organization or if that’s not what you prefer, you can also look for an external referral.

We do not recommend a single session. Therapy is an investment in your mental wellness. The first session is usually an assessment to understand your needs.

Yes, crisis support is available. Rates may vary based on timing.

We currently do not accept health insurance but provide receipts for reimbursement claims.

Therapists are available from morning to evening on weekdays and until 1 PM on Saturdays. Rates vary for different time slots; refer to our fees section.

The initial session is usually together, followed by individual sessions and joint sessions as needed.

Yes, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes made with less notice may incur fees.

Yes, unless you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, PayNow, or PayPal (credit cards incur a 3.5% charge).

Yes, we offer pro-bono Zoom sessions with our counselling interns and charge $30 per hour for face-to-face sessions with them.

All information is kept confidential and shared only with your consent, typically if there is a risk of harm.

Yes, there is ample hourly parking available below our building.

Yes, our building provides a ramp for wheelchairs and a lift to level 3.

Yes, we welcome referrals. Confidentiality is maintained regardless of the referral source.
