Fees

Insightful Counselling provides face-to-face consultations as well as online consultations via a secured meeting link. The duration for each standard session is 60 minutes. Our fees are pro-rated for extended sessions. Family therapy, couple therapy and intake sessions are 90 minutes. Our therapists extend their services beyond office hours and on weekends, to meet client needs.

Office Hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm): Price ranges from SGD $120.00 to SGD $230 depending on the counsellor.

Beyond Office Hours/ Weekends: SGD $150.00 to SGD $260.00

Past Life Regression Therapy: SGD $400 to SGD $550 for 2.5 hours depending on the counsellor.

Counselling services are available through Pro-Bono over the free online Zoom/ Google Meet/ Microsoft Teams platform and fees for face-to-face counselling from interns is $30.

Payment Terms

All session payments will be received in advance either via bank transfer or Paynow or Paypal on confirmation of the session. Paypal will incur an additional 3.5% fees on the initial fees amount.

Cancellation Policy

As all our therapists serve you ‘by appointment’ only, Insightful Counselling has the following policy for rescheduling and cancellation of therapy sessions.

– There will be no cancellation charges for converting a Face-to-Face session to an online Zoom session at the same scheduled time.

– There will be no cancellation charges for rescheduling requests received 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled session time.

– Clients are liable for 25% of the session fees as cancellation charges for rescheduling within 24 hours of the confirmed appointment.

– 50 % of the session fees are charged towards cancellation if there is no rescheduling request in the next 14 days.

All rescheduling requests are subject to your therapist’s availability. Our therapists will do their best to accommodate your rescheduling requests to ± 1 hour.
