I am Dr.Swati Bansal ,a Consultant Physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience in Clinical Physiotherapy helping people by providing them rehabilitation and helping them recover from any pain,injury or surgery. I have a tele rehabilitation experience of over 3 years with experience in managing pain via online sessions,strength training sessions ,yoga and stretching sessions .A positive person with approach focused mainly to cure and help my patients getting back to fitness journey without any apprehensions, leading them to their healthier lifestyle.I love to see my clients building the strength and stamina day by day making them more confident,energetic and young .
