Singapore Association for Counselling accreditation requires minimum 18 hours of individual clinical supervision. Individual supervision helps a supervisee to discuss their dilemmas, their struggles with clients and discuss different interventions with their supervisor. This helps a clinician to develop their professional skills. Many a times our beliefs and feelings may interfere during therapy sessions.
