Brainspotting is a brain-based therapy that focuses on trauma capsules deeply entrenched in our brain along with body-based to work with bad experiences or trauma or bad memories. Brainspotting desensitizes and reprocesses negative emotions. BSP can access deep parts of brain where trauma is stored quickly to ensure healing is faster compared to traditional talk therapy approaches.
